If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment, clients will be charged 100% of the service fee. This fee covers the esthetician’s reserved time and the impact on scheduling. For those who need to reschedule their appointment, we ask that you do so within 24 hours of the original appointment time to avoid cancellation fees.
